The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), established on Oct. 12, 1993, was meant for the protection of the Human Rights Act (PHRA), amended by the Protection of Human Rights (Amen dent) Act, 2006 2010 and finally in July 2019.
The purpose of the Sharanya National Human Rights and Anti-Crime Organization India (SNHRAACO), established on 2nd Feb. 2021, is to work strictly in the light and direction of the National Human Rights & State Human Rights Commission.
The purpose of this organization would be the following
- To work with the co-operation and involvement of the police dept.
- To work and help in awarding justice to the deprived and downtrodden and the needy.
- Emphasis by this organization shall be given in solving problems at the Thana and Police Level so that every matter must not go to the court. The purpose of this would be to provide justice at the earliest.
